Cryosphere is all of the frozen water on Earth.  Most of it is ice caps in Antartica & in the Artic ocean & gaciers in the mountains. The seasons determine how much frozen water is in the area.

Snow, ice, sea ice, glaciers, ice shelves, iceburgs, & frozen ground are all part of the cryosphere.
